LOGO REDESIGN
The logo is redesigned from the original, which did not suit the purpose of the building, which is to house wet lab office spaces for bio-tech companies.
The Riviera is a wet lab office building located in Pittsburgh’s Technology Park. Their logo was re-crafted to adapt to a shift in marketing strategy for the building, and the brand identity was designed to appeal directly to the life-science community—the target client.

The Riviera had no defined color palette prior to this rebrand. Various shades of pink were used on previous materials, so we took a single shade of pink and built a color palette around it.
The original logo was partially set in Univers and it was the strongest aspect of the logo. The redesign retained that typeface but introduced different weights and widths.
