As the Chief Operating Officer, Michael leads strategic initiatives to streamline operations and create new business capabilities. Michael completed his MBA at Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business and brings his background in operations management, strategic planning, and business transformation to the Full Circle team. Michael’s main responsibilities at Full Circle include developing enterprise strategy and implementing initiatives to build operational capabilities and social media brand identity.

In his spare time, Michael grows carnivorous plants and runs a nursery and ecommerce business @yuyi_grows.
